Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered for delivery. First time customer. They hired door dash driver to deliver and didn’t give him complete order. I called and the pizza place was helpless and said to drive there to pick up the rest!😳 Seriously?!? WHAT is the point of delivery and paying a driver when they can’t even give the complete order! They forgot my salad, cookie dough, dressing and dipping sauces! The driver was absolutely polite and friendly and the pizza place blamed the driver and said we can’t help you! The driver said he questioned if the whole order was there for pickup bc he saw 5 items on receipt but only got 2 pizzas and the pizza guy said yes it’s all there. It was his “first day” he said. We had on unusual experience in that my dog got sick, diarrhea, and happened immediately when I was ordering. He had just been professionally groomed and was looking great! It was a huge mess and my wife called from the car. Nick, who couldn't have been over 20 years old, was really professional and helpful at the front and let me borrow some paper towels, and was concerned and considerate. When I had to cancel the order on short order he was willing to do that, but the cleanup turned up to be not too bad (for a 130 lb Pyrenees) and we went ahead and got the pizzas anyway. First time we've gone there and gotten a FAMILY size that ended up being like a medium sized mountain of DOUGH!!! Double stuffed with more dough!!! My hubby is too nice to pick up pizzas. I would not have accepted it or paid for it!!! That was a very expensive hunk of bread!!

Pizza was delicious…the guys it together right in front of me…I called ahead and had my girlfriend turn the oven on…in no time at all we had hot fresh pizza! It was overall a really great fast experience!!

UPDATE 12/2024: I can no longer recommend this Papa Murphy’s. I broke my tooth on, what may be, an olive pit that was on my pizza. When I called, I was hoping for some accountability and a sincere apology. Possibly, some reassurance it wasn’t a cooked bug or something awful, but a mistake with a food item. Instead, I was dismissed and treated like a nuisance.
