Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The food is good and price is not bad. I had ordered ahead so pickup was quick and easy. It was my first time at this location, so it would have been nice to be greeted and directed to the right place, but the staff was just kind of talking in the back the whole time I was in there. I found the pickup area and my order without issue though.

Ordered 2 stuffed pizzas from the one in provo over the phone I asked them what my total would be she told me $24.00 my husband goes in to get it and they told him the total was $40.00 he said no my wife got told $24 they said no there $20 a piece. First off you look online there large stuffed crust is $12 and family size is $15 so how in the hell is a call in $20 a piece explain that to me i will not be going back we love there pizza but not anymore

Great location and very friendly and hard working employees. The service was quick and our pizzas had a great amount of toppings and both pizzas we ordered were delicious!

Absolutely terrible, manager cares nothing about their customers or the quality of their product. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years and will never again purchase from them. 2 months ago I called in an order and was told 15 minutes. 2 hours later I finally received my single pizza. 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza online, this time it only took 30 minutes, however, when I cooked it at home the dough was not prepared correctly because after doubling the cooking time due to the center not being cooked, the outside was completely burnt and the center completely raw, I have photos. I called and tried to get a replacement or something and was immediately hung up on, when I called back I told him to not hang up on me and he proceeded to tell me there was nothing they would or could do. I love merphys pizza cuz its easy and delicious. I love that contact is kept to a minimum with their in and out model, I love that they let me bury it in green peppers and onions, and the quality is always good so I dont have any guess work unlike many restaurants. Plus I like mine a little raw and I can do that with a merph.
