Papaeric's Burgers

Writing this review before I even leave the parking lot. That’s how bomb it was. I got the double Chiara Burger and the Green Chilli Bacon Cheese fries. Everything was great. The patties were juicy and full of flavor. I was full half way through but powered through because I couldn’t waste such great food. Service was great. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing! Papa Eric’s Burgers is hands-down one of the best burger spots I’ve ever been to. The flavor is unreal – juicy patties, fresh toppings, and buns that are toasted just right. I tried the signature Papa Eric burger and it was bursting with flavor. The fries were crispy perfection. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the vibe was welcoming. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by. This place is a hidden gem that deserves all the hype!

Stopped here on New Years Day 2026 to eat dinner on our way back home from visiting family in Arizona. Very surprised at how good the burgers were and the fries. The whole family was happy! Thank you for dinner that day!

One of the better burgers to try in El Paso. There are multiple locations but this is our favorite spot. Service is always great and we love sitting on the countertops to watch the cooks. The Patty Melt is amazing and fries are stellar as well. Must try for those who want a tasting homemade burger 🍔

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Papa Erick Burger on North Loop. I placed my order through Grubhub and received the confirmation email showing that my order was completed and paid for. When I arrived to pick it up, the cashier was extremely unprofessional and refused to release my order—even after I showed her my personal confirmation email. The situation escalated to the point where I felt pressured to show my bank account transaction to prove that Papa Erics Burger had already charged me. This was humiliating and completely inappropriate.
