Not PapaRoni's anymore. New ownership is taking ownership of quality. I little hiccup during my pick up but no big deal. The food quality improvement is obvious. The pizza was great. Still working out the kinks but ill go back. Service and otherwise will improve as the dust settles.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, and the result has been the same every time: disappointment. I’ve ordered both pizza and subs, and the quality has been consistently poor. The pizza lacked flavor and freshness. On my most recent sub order, I paid extra for additional meat and received what amounted to roughly two pieces of bacon per half. That is not “extra” by any reasonable standard. The sub itself tasted stale and did not seem freshly made. This location was formerly Paparoni’s and is now operating as Timmermans, and the decline in quality since the ownership change is obvious. What’s more concerning is how criticism is handled. Customer opinions and negative feedback appear to be removed or hidden on their Facebook page, which suggests an attempt to control the narrative rath

I placed a order Friday night 12/13. I called before placing the order to verify if they use fresh peppers or pickled peppers on their subs and was told by a not so pleasant man that yes they're fresh. So I order 2 philly cheesesteaks,2 onion rings and some other items. 1st the onion rings were burnt, the cheesesteaks had pickled peppers, and barley any cheese but paid for extra. When calling to talk to the manager he did not apologize or offer to remake just a credit. Why would I want a credit to here if my 1st order was that shitty. I put in a complaint on the website that night too and wanted to be contacted but have not yet. Obviously the owners could care less if they have unhappy customers.

Half the crust on our pizza tonight was clearly burnt. Put the burnt side to to back of the box... Definitely on purpose. Worst pizza I've had. Wish I could include the picture... Horrible

Normally, I love the food but last night was my second garbage plate since the new owners.however I do think they’re too big but That’s besides the point last night mine was sitting in water. It had to have been the macaroni salad was not stirred and was way too watery, but it had my whole meal, including french fries sitting in a pool of water and it was disgusting.
