I have been coming to papillon bakery for over 10 years now.I always came here for ponchiks because they were generous with their fillings. When I bought a dozen ponchiks just recently, every single one had barely any filling.The price per ponchik has risen and they decide to be cheap with their chocolate filling. 90% dough 10% filling.They used to fill their ponchiks with a lot of nutella and now there’s barely any. The picture shows I was half way into the ponchik and it was empty. Waste of money to just eat dough

Been ordering for over 10 years. Really loved ordering from them but had the worst experience for my son’s birthday. I ordered delivery for a large order of ponchiks and perashki and they didn’t send half the order. Then I was told to reorder - when it was already paid. The lady just said- “it is what it is…come pick it up yourself if you want.” During the morning of my son’s birthday…not even the courtesy of sending a courier - last time I order from them. Sad.

The ponchiks were delicious! Especially the raspberry filled but the only bad thing was that they did not have my order ready on time. They had to submit the order once I got there so i ended up having to wait a while. Very inconvenient when you're on your lunch break.

If I could give it half a star I would the lady was nice but whoever made my churro put the topping on my box n not the churro

Love the Ponchiks & Bird milk here. Highly recommend if you’ve got a sweet tooth.
