Super delicious food ! The pan dulce was amazing! Tasted their cake at a party and knew i had to come check it out ! Super cute spot , great breakfast sandwiches, definitely coming back !

The food is amazing! Had flan and other pastries as well as a Cuban sandwich! The girls in the bakery were very welcoming and and the prices are unbeatable!!

Highlight of this bakery is their variety of pastries, but they also sell savory meals. The pastries are incredibly tasty, affordable and huge. Prices vary from $1.50 to $3.50. Highly recommend their pastrami or chicken sandwich, the bread is incredibly soft with the perfect amount of crunch - not dense but not a flaky mess. I really liked the dressing on the pastrami, it had the perfect amount of vinegar and mustard. Everything just tasted fresh and bright and the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. The space looks like a converted unit, features a few small tables for dine in but no outdoor seating.

The dulce de leche croissant is so soft and delicious! The staff were also incredibly helpful in helping me identify the pastries I wasn't familiar with. Prices are also super affordable - I bought 3 pastries to share for just over $7.

I've mentioned my quest to try every panaderia in the area and Papa Chuy's has shot straight into my top 2-3. It's in the former Vegan East space, on the first floor of a cute old building. They have a few seats but it's mainly a to-go spot for lunch sandwiches, pastries, and great vibes. The staff (and owner) always greet each customer and make sure they're taken care of. Each time I've been asked "Have you been in?" and "Are you familiar with what we offer". Never have I left without a "What did you think? Can we do anything to be better?" Putting aside the fact that the pastries are excellent, which they most definitely are, I would support Papa Chuy's 100% on the people alone. Quintessential "mom and pop" neighborhood spot churning out great food at a reasonable price. Treat yo' self
