Paradise Espresso

The service was terrible, the barista told me not to come back, she made me a coffee for $10 she said that 20% was a mandatory tip, but I said that was a lie and that I could leave a tip at my discretion. I told her that I didn't allow her to charge my card for tips ( First of all, the service is very poor, and the coffee is completely tasteless. It's unclear what they use to make it. ) and she charged 20% of the tip to my card. I think it's completely disrespectful to the customers.

I always have the best experience with Caylor, highly recommend seeing her on any of her shifts. She is very courteous, kind and makes phenomenal coffee. Not sure how there have been any negative reviews about this sweet girl, she’s the best!

I come here to see a barista named Hazel. Not only does she make an amazing cup of coffee, but she's beautiful and an amazing person! You'll always leave with a smile!!

Caylor was exceptionally friendly and sweet and made a damn good cup of coffee. She can hang with any veteran barista. I’ll keep seeing her for sure.
