Gave it one star bc no stars isn’t an option. They got the order wrong both times and didn’t even include cheese. What is a cheesesteak without cheese? It was just… steak. I was confused when the sandwich came because I thought I ordered a kids meal. Nope. $18 for about a 5 inch piece of bread with nothing but microwaved steak. Go to Charlie’s Cheesesteak if you want real cheesesteak. It’s way better and ACCURATE.
Was very excited thinking we were trying a new place. Ordered online and was confused when the address took us to Ruby Tuesday. I understand that its probably a ghost kitchen but the food was nothing like what was advertised and highly disappointing. We got the a 12 inch to share at $17 and a fry that said feeds 2-3 for $8, when in reality the cheesesteak tasted microwaved and the fries were only a handful of cold fries. I cannot recommend any food here when a lackluster single 12 inch Cheesesteak and small fry comes to a total of $27. I'd save your money and go elsewhere. Seriously disappointed.
