Paris Banh Mi

The Pho was up there in one of the best I've ever had. Sensational presentation, delicious, broth that's super flavorful! Want it again already. The bahn mi had excellent bread but I personally would've preferred a slightly different balance of the ingredients. It wasn't bad but I've had better bahn mi in Memphis.

Great food and drinks! Got the Thai Milk Tea & Paris By Night (no boba). Staff is super friendly and the place is clean and so cute! They have cases of pastries and mini deserts in addition to their menu items. Got the Special Combination bahn mi & Grilled Pork bahn mi. So glad to have one closer!

Overall, everything was great! We got a few different drinks, (2) stone bowl pho, pho tai and Bun bo hue AND EVERYHTING was DELICIOUS. Tasty huge portions! So excited to have another nice and tasty place in town! I hate to read the negative comments below, please do not let that deter you from coming to try it yourself!

While searching for “pho” in the Wolfchase area, I discovered this newly open gem. Paris Báhn Mì in Cordova. I absolutely love pho, especially during the cold weather, and their special pho (PN3 on the menu) containing tenderloin steak, Brisket, tendon, and beef meatball did not disappoint. The soup has so much meat and the broth is deliciously fragrant!! It could easily feed two people. When I return I will try a Vietnamese sandwich ( Báhn Mì) available on a roll or croissant. There are also many fresh baked pastries available. And don’t forget the milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, and yogurt slushie. Friendly Staff and family owned. Super Clean and modern look. The spicy beef noodle broth is spot on. Family enjoyed the great meal. Will be back more often.
