Parker's Barbecue

The food was very yummy. I really liked the fish and shrimp. The chicken was very juicy and tasty. Very well cooked. The barbecue chicken and pulled pork ended up not being my cup of tea but I still enjoyed eating it, worth a try for sure. The hush puppies were my family’s standout. For the price, you get a healthy amount of delicious food and the restaurant itself is great for spending time with family. The waitstaff are all very kind too.

I asked a local for a BBQ Spot. He told me Parkers. This side entanglement is not a brisket, sausage, or BBQ ribs spot. This is a traditional Southern BBQ spot. Fried. Chicken, chopped pork & fried seafood. Typical sides of mac n cheese, cold slaw, beans, corn sticks & hush puppies I got there at 9 am to pick up takeout from the side entrance. I’d go back for the fried chicken for sure. It was perfect, and all the food was reasonably priced. Bring cash. No CC

This should be a global destination. The energy Gilbert literally brought to the table was like nothing i’ve ever experienced. He is a shining star in the world and there should be more people like him in the world. The food was on point. I will never forget this experience.

I had the bbq sandwich which I personally gave a 7/10 it’s good but there’s no bbq sauce anywhere in the place, then I have Mac and cheese while and was enjoyable it gave a weirder after taste I gave it a 6/10 and over all think the meal had was 6.5/10 However my family have different opinions 8/10 fish dinner 9/10 fish dinner super popular 7/10 small bbq plate -1/10 large dinner plate with fries Over all for what this place is we all give it a 7.5/10 If your southern you’ll like it

Old school. Feels like a trip back in time, but you will love every minute of it! BBQ chicken is super tender and the sauce is likely why they’ve been open for over 50 years. Very good food and service. Like a Time Machine back in time… highly recommend! Oh and don’t forget to try the slaw! 10/10
