Parkland Bagels

I was excited to try this place because the food looked pretty good but I was very disappointed. I got in line and once I was ready to order the brunette girl with short hair was very rude and seemed annoyed. It was my first time there and I had no idea how the menu worked. I understand that it was a little busy but I still think it’s important to treat people with kindness. I got the egg salad sandwich with fries, it was very bland and the fries were soggy and tasteless. Don’t let the picture fool you. I will not be coming back. It’s also way overpriced.

8/13 9AM. Decided to try this place again. Service is horrible. Young lady, brunette working the register is incredibly rude. Doesn't greet you. Stays on her phone. Just stares at me after I said Hi. Ordered an omelette. You make your own opinion. Follow up. Don't let the owner know how you feel about the service. He may follow you out to your car.

This is by far the best bagel shop I have ever been to. From amazing food to a great comfortable atmosphere to an owner who truly cares you cannot ask for a better service and better bagels look no further than Parkland bagels. Adam, the owner proudly serves his community and takes care of every individual who walks in. He makes everyone feel so welcomed and loved. This is the definition of what a small business should look like. Without a doubt, I am recommending this place to all my family and friends

UPDATE: USED to be good. Last 2 times extremely disappointing especially for the prices. Stingy with ingredients basically nothing on it. NOT worth the money at all. Ordered turkey bacon egg and cheese there was literally two pieces of turkey bacon for entire sandwich. On half didnt have anything on it and the side that did it was only enough for the middle so the outside parts of the sandwich only had egg. Horrible.

Came in for a Bagel. One guy asked me if I knew what I wanted, said no and just looking at the menu. He proceeds to read entire menu to me. second lady asks me if I am ready yet while original guy was standing on front me with pad and pen ready to take my oder. Asked for a LIGHTLY toasted bagel to end up with a Burnt one..... Maybe listen to the order instead of trying to rush people out of the store. Top it off, walking out the door to be stop by a person cleaning tables to be asked if I paid for my items........ Yea never going back. Threw burnt Bagel away and went next door to Josephs Bagels. Much better atmosphere.
