Parthenon Coney Island

Went there Saturday for the first time ever. The portions are nice. The prices are reasonable too. I got a gyro, greek salad and spinach pie. The pie was more cheese than spinach. The gyro was yummy and so was the greek salad. Will i go back yes. I love the retro diner feel .

Came for the first time with my family. our server Amanda was amazing. Every little detail we asked she delivered. I’ve never been to a coney where they don’t treat you like a burden. She made sure she asked if we wanted appetizers, meals sides and desert. Not to mention she asked questions to make sure every thing was perfect for us. I believe she’s new her co workers didnt seem too confident in her. So I wanted to be sure someone recognizes her. The food was amazing thr chef took pride. My son got a chicken quesadilla, I got the liver which was cooked to perfection, my daughter got the turkey burger, the apple pie was delicious, we added a scoop of ice cream as well! So good! My first time in here and I was extremely offended by the actions and the behavior of the staff specially the chef. I asked all the people in the location 3 at the time if They can lower the music as it was. Extremely loud. it's literally a Sunday morning . The owner or management refused to do lower the loud music while actually, there was none prior to my arrival. other than he was gossiping with staff loudly. Which send a total low class unprofessional message.! just want to recollect about that for a minute!.

Great food and ambiance. The owner is always checking with guests to make sure they are taken care of. All servers are very friendly and quick. This is always our favorite place for breakfast. Don't miss the chicken breast omelet. They do have halal options as well.

I love going to eat here! I really the servers and owner. They are so down to earth, they make you want to keep coming back for the food, atmosphere, and people.
