Parákata Monarca

The line was too long at Round One for the $.99 scoops so we went downstairs to Parákata Monarca instead and I'm so glad we did! Worth every penny, and probably our new favorite ice cream. Definitely coming back!

Do you want authentic Mexican ice cream flavors?! This is the place! So incredibly delicious, that it took me back to my childhood. They have amazing flavors that taste fresh made and so many varieties. I'm excited to go back and try more. They have "water" ice cream and "dairy" ice cream so it's friendly for all. They even have other Mexican treats like pan dulce (which you can get ice cream in) and prepared chips. The employees are kind and attentive and don't make me feel weird about trying new flavors. This is definitely my new fave spot!

Do you like Sorbets? This one is Mexican Sorbet ice cream shop. This shop was Baskin Robbins Ice cream. now they opened brand new Ice cream shop. My 2 years old daughter was sad when Baskin Robbins was closed. Today we visited to Vancouver Mall indoor play ground and Parakata Monarca Sorbets Ice cream shop opened She was happy She said Mama please Ice Cream and we ordered Mango sorbet. She loves it so much. Price is not bad. Cashier ladies are kind.

I discovered this place while hanging out with my daughters, and I was impressed! They have a huge variety of Mexican snacks. Their champurrado is really good!

I've been eagerly awaiting for this place to open and I am thrilled to say this place does not disappoint! I was helped by a very friendly and excited employee who explained the flavors and let me try samples. There's a good mix of traditional Mexican flavors like horchata and popular American flavors like bubblegum. I had the Chongos flavor, which was kinda similar to caramel. It was delightful! The inside is brightly colored and clean. Overall a great experience!
