My first review for these guys was not good, but after talking to and getting a better understanding, in reality I broke the law by feeding the stray animals ( I don't agree with it, but it's the law). The guy worked with me so we could come to a solution for my issue. Which I look at as good customer service. He did come out to my location too to see what was going on.
Would be great if you answered the phone!
operator is just there to said " I don't know ", IT is just a waste of taxes and time, besides being unprofessional
They should work a bit harder to actually help people out. Smfh.
