Amanda served us and she is great. Food was subpar at best. Cheap, uninspired, lacked flavor ECT. Will not be back.
It all sucked! Pictures online were misleading. Ordered the lasagna. It was pre cooked and reheated up. Waitress told me it’s “fresh” but they warm it up and put “fresh” cheese and sauce on it. Totally misleading pictures and very poor quality. It’s the McDonald’s for Italian food
Absolutely delicious. This is not your typical pasta place. Authentic flavors made this place top notch. Do not pass on this one!
Kayla is usually out server and she's awesome. Foods good, and Wednesdays kids eat for $1.25. can't beat it.
Placed an order for takeout. Ordered Shrimp Alfredo and Cheese Tortellini. Shrimp Alfredo was very salty and shrimp was overcooked/burned. We weren't given any napkins or utensils either. Cheese Tortellini tasted fine. Wasn't the best we have gotten from Pasta J's. If you can, I would order from the Bryant location instead of Benton. The service and food at the Benton Pasta Jack's hasalways been phenomenal. Edit: we hadn't tried the Tiramisu at the time of this review so it wasn't mentioned. I have to say, it was PHENOMENAL...best Tiramisu I've had in several years.
