My wife and I got an order of Alfredo and creamy pesto about an hour ago. The pasta was cooked perfect and the service when ordering was great. However, that's about all the good. The sauce for both dishes is really bland and couldn't be saved with the extra garlic, pepper and parmesan when we got home. The dishes had cavatappi pasta but caused the sauces to be pretty watery. My order was separate from my wife's since I couldn't decide where I wanted to order. Although ordered a couple minutes apart my order wasn't even called 15 minutes after hers. I went up near the cart and waited for another 5 minutes and as I was about to ask about the order I was paged for food that had already been sitting at the window since before I walked up. It was cold so we just took it home so I could heat

I understand we came toward the last TWO hours of the day but the staff made everyone wait in line for over 10 minutes. Nobody inside of the cart. By the time I went to order every single item I wanted to add into my pasta was sold out. When I went to make exchanges, those items were sold out too. Finally I paid extra to add meat to my pasta and when I finally got it there still was no chicken. My brothers meal came with chicken and a warning from the staff member that “the chicken is probably going to be hard, but it’s fine…” as he was handed his meal. Yes the chicken was insanely hard like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the last two hours. My pasta had zero taste. Almost as if they forgot to add salt to the boiling water. Love this place. My whole family loved the food. Their pasta is top notch.Even my picky 5 year old loves their gluten free pasta, which is a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and knew their allergy friendly dishes. We went back after pasta for their Gelato and can I just say Yum 😋. As a wife of an Italian husband I can say they do it right. Will be back frequently.

The woman behind the counter was very nice, but it took a long time to get the food. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, both of which were unfortunately cold and bland. Pasta was cooked well, but sauce had very little flavor.

I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with extra sauce and Chicken last night for takeout and it was wonderful! The girl working was really sweet and polite, even though she was very busy. The only thing that would make the experience even better is if they had italian sodas. I highly recommend this food cart!
