We weren’t planning to eat at the mall, but this pasta spot caught our attention because of the parmesan cheese wheel — and we’re glad it did. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with a side of chicken. It took about six minutes to prepare. After heating the pasta, they mix it right on the parmesan cheese wheel, then add the Alfredo sauce and extra shaved parmesan on top. It was absolutely delicious. The portion size is perfect for one person. Besides chicken, you can also add shrimp, broccoli, and other vegetables. Overall, it was a very pleasant and tasty surprise

THE BEST FETUCCINI ALFREDO I’VE EVER HAD!! 😍😍 It’s definitely a reasonable price at $9.99 for the fettuccine Alfredo and you have options for toppings like chicken, bolognese, shrimp, or broccoli at about $3-$4.50 more depending on your option. I go almost every weekend because it’s THAT GOOD!! 💯🙌🏼And it’s in Paramus Garden State Mall! Not Aruba, not Manhattan that charge insane prices for cheese wheel pasta.

Yes, it's a mall kiosk. Yes, there are tons of other good - arguably better - options all around it. But don't ignore this tiny stall. I was initially intrigued when I saw the pasta machine in their glassed off prep space. Freshly made pasta is gold in my belly, and I wasn't about to walk by it too quickly, even if it was in a food court. The pasta machine was steadily pumping out fresh noodles that got measured and portioned into large cups, ready to become the next order. It can be turned into either a bolognese or a alfredo dish, but most are here to order, eat, or simply fix their hungry eyes on the preparation of the alfredo. What they do here is boil the fresh pasta and dump it straight into a hollowed out cheesewheel, along with some ladles of fresh alfredo sauce. The smells that c

we ordered two pastas, one with chicken, truffle oil and extra cheese, the other with bolognese sauce and truffle oil. both were delicious! i would order again.

My first time to try their fettuccine Alfredo with pesto it was so tasty and so saucy I believe it was the owner who did my order because I spoke to him. I was so excited to get it again, and This is my second time… the other guy who was working he overcooked the pasta and the sauce so little so dry not so tasty. I cannot taste anything. So disappointed. They are not consistent.
