This place was absolutely delicious! I got the medium poblano pasta with chicken and I was amazed at how flavorful and creamy the sauce was. The chicken was really good too! The portion sizes for that price point are amazing! The medium pasta could easy feed me for 2 meals. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely come again

It’s alright. I got drawn in by the cheap looking base prices (about $8 for a medium pasta) but ended up paying about $12 for chicken and meat sauce. When I ordered they were out of what I originally wanted. And once I got my food it tasted like pasta that I could have made at home for much cheaper. They do give a generous portion size tho.

Food: Pretty decent. I'm from New York and the pasta itself tastes just like some of the fresher pastas I've had there. Sauce is also fairly decent. I got the meat sauce and I found that it was pretty decent all things considered. I'd have liked to have an option for perhaps a vodka sauce but I know there are limited options from a food truck. One thing I didn't like all that much were the topping options. I got the grilled chicken and it was pretty dry. The other topping options also felt somewhat limited. One thing I thing could help here is maybe if they offered the option to purchase some form of bread with the food. Value: This is a bit tricky. Excellent fresh pasta and great flavors. Everything tasted homemade and high quality. Fast, friendly service and a very easy, enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back.
