I had high hopes coming into this French restaurant, especially with its solid 4.4-star rating on Google Maps. Unfortunately, the food overall left me underwhelmed. Most of the dishes were just meh, nothing particularly memorable or exciting in terms of flavor or presentation. That said, the soufflé was a standout and absolutely worth it. Light, rich, and beautifully done. Service was great, and the atmosphere was nice, but for the price I expected more from the food

Delicious French/Basque cuisine. The quality is superior! A Coral Gables classic that keeps introducing new dishes for the most delicate palates with very decent portions! A must try!!!

We had an incredible Wine Dinner at Pascal. The food was absolutely amazing every dish was crafted with so much flavor and elegance. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable, guiding us through each pairing with confidence and passion. And Alberto, the owner, truly stands out. His attention to detail and genuine dedication to the experience made the night feel extra special. A truly memorable evening. Highly recommended

Had an overnight trip to Miami with my daughter and wanted to explore the Miami scene. From all restaurants, Pastor at Pascal appealed to us. Even thought the kitchen was closed, Chef Alberto Pastor allowed us in and served us 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham (hand cut by himself) with a cheese board and wine pairings. As a bonus they had live music and they even let my daughter sing along with them. Thanks Anabel, you are simply the best! Overall, we had a surreal experience and felt so welcome (like family). Menu is diverse in Spanish and French cuisine with a selective wine list. Cannot wait to come back and this time have the complete dining experience. Pretty sure I’ll try the “Bacalao Pil-Pil (Cod fish) and next the Oxtail. This place is a must stop in Miami.
