We have ordered a chocolate cake for our daughter birthday. Cake looked beautiful but it was uneatable. Just immagine you eating a cold and hard butter in between instead of chocolate creamy frosting. You can see the way it crackes. We were told by staff it had berry layer inside, nope!!! There was not even a hint of it.

I been traveling 1 hour to this bakery for years ! The quality has declined, pavlova used to be my favorite, this time we couldn’t eat it, the whipped cream was greasy and over whipped, the merengue was non existent and the little pieces I found at the bottom wasn’t crunchy and extremely sweet! I called and the associate just said that the bakery has a new administration and that things were made different, well we will never be back, I need to find a new bakery.

Waited for two hours in a line to pick up preorder/prepaid items on Christmas Eve. The line was all the way around the entry. The Christmas cookies are not fully decorated. Haven’t tried the other items yet. We are long-time customers who will not return. I was told there are new owners. Clearly, they are not providing the service or quality Randolph’s customers are accustomed to.

The pastries and desserts are really good, though pricey. Love that they use custard in eclairs. We bought several cakes and they’re ok’ish, but we weren’t fans of the excessive amounts of cream & frosting used with minimal amounts of actual cake. Def try their desserts and even the bread too. Lots of parking at the back of the building.

We recently found out that this bakery has changed ownership, which unfortunately explains a lot. Our family has ordered our yearly birthday choolate mousse cakes from here for a long time, and it used to be something we genuinely looked forward to. This year’s cake was noticeably smaller and significantly less enjoyable. The quality was not the same as we have experienced in the past. The texture and flavor were both disappointing, and it felt like shrinkflation without any improvement in ingredients or presentation to justify it. It is always disappointing to see a local favorite change like this. Based on this experience, we will not be returning or recommending this bakery anymore.
