Pat-A-Cakes Bakery

I only tried the chess square and mini cake, but they were both very good. Actually, the chess square, a slice of what I assume is chess pie, is amazing; it's probably now one of my favorite desserts I've ever had! The top is crunchy, the middle is a buttery, cream cheese layer, and the crust is like a blondie. The mini cake is good as far as regular yellow cake goes; I'm just not a fan of how sweet and fatty icing is in general, but the cake part is moist and fluffy. The icing has an airy, whipped texture and a slight grainy crunch from the sugar. My main complaint is that they should have a different size box (and preferably something more environmentally-friendly than Styrofoam) for this item. In October 2025 (last month) I received a birthday cake from my neighbor (Whitney 🥰) that came from your bakery. I was ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS when I saw this birthday cake. Not only was the design incredible but, the flavor of this cake was over the top. Thank you Whitney and, to Pat-A-Cakes Bakery for making my 61st birthday an occasion I will NEVER forget!

I absolutely love the work they did, I gave them a picture and told them they can do whatever designs come to mind and they killed it !!! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend PAT-A-Cakes Bakery for all of your desert needs !!!!

Absolutely loved my cake! The lady I talked to was super sweet and helpful. She had great customer service and was able to get my cake done today, of course my cake lady had canceled on me the day before my birthday. Was super happy with how the cake turned out was also super yummy!

Loved it! The cake was good and moist! The buttercream literally melted in my mouth. The cookies?! Awww man! She told me she couldn’t make me any promises because of what i wanted but they pulled it off. They were so good. Happy retirement from the USPS!
