Patino's Mexican Food

Very tasty food, hidden gem. Kinda people, and very affordable food on their special $1 taco days. Days vary so call in and ask before ordering, it’s not everyday. But the flavor profile is better than most sit in spots in Humboldt. Would come back and would recommend to others too.

I’m one hundred percent happy and convinced that I found Mexican food that reminds me of back home of the 831 I enjoy the street tacos so much. Next time im a get a quesadilla. Great service and the guy is super friendly and respectful. Just a big shout out to this place!

Patinos is the physical embodiment of having the best, heartiest, most affordable, and highest quality Mexican food in all of Eureka, all of Humboldt if you ask me. Been coming here for years either once a week or once every two weeks because I can never stay away for too long. As a vegan, they still have lots of options and will accommodate your order if you’d like edits. Gaby, in particular, is almost always my point of contact there, and she and her family consistently provide top tier service and are always so nice. Lifetime customer for sure. Please give them a try.

Taco meat was okay. Not bad, not great. Tortilla was not mushy so I didn’t have to rush to eat. Glad to get lime and radishes. The price was all worth it though. Tuesday $1 tacos! Location is good. The last or first restaurant you see in south Eureka. Staff is nice and is conscious of food allergies. Love that they have a buzzer for when the food is ready so I can sit in my car while the weather is bad. Update: They are using paper togo containers now!! And they have outdoor seating!

This place was pretty busy. They give you a buzzer so you can wait in your car for it. It was one of the $1 taco days so I tried the asada, shredded beef and shredded chicken! All were tasty and for a buck you get a lot of food!
