Today was brutally cold. So, we decided to get lattes. Both our lattes were perfect great temp and taste. In addition, we shared an croissant which was delicious. The server was very friendly and provided great service. The place has a relaxed vibe which makes it a perfect spot to enjoy your Javas. Overall a very positive experience

Satisfactory at any time visit for the past few years. I love having cappuccino with chocolate fondant here. Or with creme brulee or croissant, Whatever! As a brunch, I'd recommend shakshouka or hot sandwiches. Friendly servers and a cheerful atmosphere are good too. The owner couple, Tomer and Paula, are very kind and generous people who are continuing to make an effort to help their neighbors in the community. Love this place.

Me and my sister came here to have a breakfast this morning but this turned into the biggest disappointment of my entire life. No one paid any attention to us, they didn’t care at all,no “hellos and goodbyes”, we were waiting for the menus for 30 mins and then we just took em from the other table. Servers didn’t clean the tables and they didn’t even bring utilities with our order. Besides while putting the food on the table the server even touched it with the fingers! I asked for utilities multiple times and I was completely ignored. They didn’t look at us, didn’t take care of our table at all. So we paid and left no tips which is something I never do in my life, but in that case it was the only possible option. I have a question for the management about the people who work there. Why did

I visited the Patisserie Florentine and can say that from start to finish, it was a GREAT experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. We ordered two hot chocolates, which came quickly with BEAUTIFUL art. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS. Sadly, customers can be very impatient and lack an understanding for what it takes to receive quality coffee, food and service. The negative reviews are uncalled for. If you want a quick coffee go to Dunkin. Don’t be unfair to the hard working staff. Thank you to Jacob, Giovanna, and Madeline for providing AMAZING service! And to the chefs, thank you!
