Pat's Pizzeria

Been here plenty of times over the years but I will not be going back. I ordered a sheet pizza for a gathering and we needed plates because of where we were located. I asked for plates when i picked up the pizza(very standard for a sheet pizza) and was told that 5 plates are 75 cents. Also was going to get a 2ltr of soda but was informed that cups are also a extra charge so i put it back the soda. Ended up paying a extra $1.50 for 10 cheap paper plates. I understand that $1.50 is not a lot of money but that is just really bad business when you're already paying such a premium for the pizza. They are the only pizza place in town but i will be driving out of my way to give my money to someone else who won't try to nickel and dime their customers.

New to the area I find a pizza overpriced and not good not enough sauce, not enough pepperonis, etc., and extremely overpriced. Even the specials and coupons are overpriced.

I placed my order, webisite said 15-20 minutes ended up showing up 30 minutes later had to wait an extra 15 minutes, I sat there deeply regretting my decision ordering my food there, I watched food get prepared with no gloves, no hair net and no beard net, gloves are required at-least while preparing food that is already made ready to eat only to get home convincing myself to be a better person and eat the food ended up finding hair in my salad 12/15/24 - I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I’m editing my post because I’m just saddened yet unsurprised at how I was just treated- being called a liar I’ve always added the photo of the team member wearning NO GLOVE, NO HAIRNET AND NO BEARDNET and hats don’t do any good when u have a beard to there no suck thing as a beard hat H

I ordered a large pizza and 2 dozen chicken wings at 7:29pm. The lady says 35 to 45 minutes. Ok, mind you this order cost 72 bucks. 8:19 pm rolls around and no order so I call to check on status. She says it's coming out rite now it should be there in less than 15 minutes. Ok. No problem. 8:44 pm and still nothing. I call back and now I'm mad. I pay 72 bucks for a large pizza and 2dozen wings and I live 2 miles away. I should have just gone to get it..... But I had company. So.... She says it's will be on its way in five minutes. Mind you I've had to call twice. Already paid more for this meal than what I would have spent just making it myself and it would have at been fresh. Worst pizza 2 times now one w no cheese it's a garlic with ricotta and broccoli and it might of had a sprinkle of mozzarella, the 1st couple weeks ago was good except dough tasted like week old frozen dough, very inconsistent
