Patsy was awesome, she has prepared my taxes for the past 15 plus years and recently she prepared my Will and Estate planning documents. She is very reasonably priced. I am very pleased and she feels like one of the family! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my personal documents. I read the previous review and find it dumbfounding that anyone would expect to get answers to personal information over the phone especially if they do not have the details. I guess that is the difference between a Licensed Attorney and CPA vs trained minimum wage employees at H&R Block that do not have anything to loose if they give bad advice.

Patsy Glenn is so easy to deal with when it comes to income tax or legal papers. I have utilized her services for many years and she is very competent and kind.

We never got past the receptionist, because she was extremely condescending and unkind. Not many of us understand the ins and outs of taxes... I don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars to be spoken down to. The receptionist was unkind on the phone and in person both times we spoke. The person that referred us in had the same experience. I’m not sure of Patsy, but I would never hire like this someone to represent my business. We returned and collected our things, because I had zero desire to speak with the rude staff every time I had a question or concern.

Being young and navigating the tax world is very difficult, especially when you really don't understand anything after being a dependent your whole life. Patsy really helped break things down for me and was reasonably priced, especially considering my tax return was fairly simple.

I had one question about the 1040X and she would NOT help me answer that question without paying $199!!! It's a good thing I don't run my business like that. If someone needs my help for a few minutes I give it. Called H&R Block and she helped me over the phone and didn't charge a thing. That's just good business.
