Just picked this place from window shopping for a lobster roll and got very lucky 😎 Guy Fieri also loved it, apparently, and I love him. The roll I got was packed with so much more lobster thank I saw elsewhere in town, and there was room to sit inside on a cold Saturday Saturday. Really nice service for a packed place, and really nice service for such a busy place. Leaving Boston with eating a lobster roll in town crossed off my bucket list :)
I’ll preface this with the fact that I’m not a lobster fan. I prefer crab 🦀 but the lobster 🦞 roll was really good! It’s worth a trip in, even if you’re not a huge fan. The employees here were super friendly and I loved hearing the Boston accent of the guy at the counter. 😆 It is a cozy place to stop in and warm up and have some delicious food. Delicious onion rings and the chicken ziti pasta was also AMAZING! I took it back to my Airbnb to finish for lunch as the portion was large. I will definitely come here again when in the area!
My friend recommended Pauli’s in Boston, so of course I had to try it! We were hungry for breakfast and ordered the Hot Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, and a breakfast plate with toasted bread, eggs, steak, and potatoes. The food was so delicious! The breakfast was a bit oily, but the clam chowder and lobster rolls were absolutely amazing. Since there were three of us, it was easy to share everything. Definitely worth it, the food was great, the place had a nice vibe, and the front desk staff were really friendly. Honestly, I’d love to try more, but since we’re just visiting, we’ll save room for other spots too.
So good! Prices are very reasonable and portions are huge. The chicken parm sandwich and skinny Vinny were great! Food came out very quick and was super fresh. Seating is a bit limited. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Pauli’s in Boston because I was craving lobster rolls and wanted something more local than the typical tourist spots. So glad we found this place—it did not disappoint at all! The lobster roll was super fresh and delicious, and the whole vibe felt laid-back and authentic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great local food in Boston. Will definitely be coming back!
