PDQ Ft. Lauderdale: Oakland Park

I had a great experience at PDQ! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The food was fresh and made to order — you can really taste the quality. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauces are a standout, especially the signature PDQ sauce. The fries were hot and well-seasoned, and everything came out quickly. Customer service really sets PDQ apart. The team checked in to make sure everything was good and made the whole visit feel personal and appreciated. If you’re looking for fresh, high-quality chicken and excellent service, PDQ is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Always friendly, and the chicken tenders are amazing. Lightly battered with wonderful seasoning. Never oily. I usually opt for the broccoli and Parmesan for my side. It’s a nice change up from the usual fast dinning suspects.

I had an excellent experience at the PDQ in Fort Lauderdale, located on North Federal.. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine attention. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. You can truly feel the positive energy of the team — people who care about what they do. The place was spotless, well organized, and very welcoming. I would like to sincerely thank all the employees for the outstanding service. Small details make a big difference, and this location clearly understands that. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

I go back because of Aisha. Talk about selfishness even when it’s about food. Since I’m terrible with time I’m always late and food is no difference. At 5 min to closing she offered to make something fresh. Chicfila doesn’t even do that. I objected but she still extended the offer. She’s a better person than me or most. A raise would be too good for her. Just let her own the franchise.

Great customer service at this PDQ, Alan is always on top of people coming in and making sure orders are taken care of with no issues at all! From the moment you walk in, and you leave Alan does great customer service! Highly recommend coming here and see for yourself with the attention one gets from Alan and the employees!
