We went around 7:30 for no weigh Thursday, paid and went to my car. As I go to take the first taste of my yogurt I see a long light brown hair embedded inside the yogurt. It must have been inside the toppings. My hair is pitch black. I got back inside not even 3 minutes after I had paid. I show the girl at the register. She says “oh but we wear hairnets”. Actually, no they don’t. I observed both employees working refilling the toppings and going in and out of the back without hairnets on. No resolution was offered. At all. I didn’t have my receipt as I normally don’t need them for small transactions. But clearly I had the white cup with the logo. I’m disgusted by the lack of kindness and customer service. Not just that, but there were two little girls grabbing toppings WITH THEIR HANDS in

I've been buying ice cream here for several weeks, and they never have bags to carry them. Now they don't even have proper lids. Very bad. Really bad.

Typical froyo place with 12 flavors and a variety of toppings. However, some of their flavors were quite lacking, especially their orange, which tasted like eating a Emergen-C packet and their pineapple was a little too sweet. Their cheesecake, tart, and strawberry lemonade flavors were really good. I also liked the softness of the mochi and they had a blueberry popping boba which was a unique experience. They also seem to be having some issues with the cash register, which hopefully they can fix soon.

Went looking for a no-sugar option. Closest available was one "no sugar added" that was a very weird flavor. Got a half cup with a few nuts on top and another 3/4 cup with no toppings and it was about $10 once the clerk got the card reader working. Seemed really expensive for a small not-very-good dessert.
