Peak Level Coffee

Best coffee shop in all of Kitsap county! Staff is amazing, Britney ALWAYS remembers my order and makes it perfectly to my liking. Food made to order so it’s ALWAYS hot and fresh! Really can’t be beat. Other comments slam for prices, but that’s not the coffee shop, that’s the life we live right now, so if you’re looking for cheap, stay home and make a cup of coffee before leaving. If you’re looking to treat yourself, and don’t want to spend 30-45 minutes in the morning, go to Peak level. Great experience! These are my ladies right here!!!!! I visit this place 2-3 times a week!

This drive through coffeehouse has extremely friendly staff who serve PEAK LEVEL food and coffee. Not more than 10 minutes from my house, I frequently come here for coffee. I often have issues with other businesses making their caramel macchiatos and I find the flavor syrups staying at the bottom, not mixed in. I have no such issues here; they make it perfect every time. Their breakfast- I haven't had many items but they always have fresh baked goods. I have had their sausage egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese, which was heavenly. This business is almost always teeming with customers, which can make it difficult to get in line off of Chico Way. But I assure you it is well worth the wait.

Food and coffee are great. Employees are always super sweet and the atmosphere is great. The line however, is kind of insane... Waited over 20 minutes for a coffee and reheated food (a lot of their food is made fresh though, I believe), this isn't the first time. I never come here if I'm in a hurry. I do keep coming back though 😂 Maybe implement something where if you order food that's gonna take a long time, have them park off to the side so the line keeps moving? If I had been on my way to work, which thankfully I wasn't, I would've tried to pull out of that line when I realized how long it was taking- but that wasn't possible because I was trapped by other cars. I'm sure there's a way to make this smoother for everyone!
