Peapod by Stop & Shop Supermarket

So tired of their shoppers marking things as sold out and then my Personal care assistant goes to the same store the same day and finds the item. I'm a disabled person and I need my care hours for other things. I pay a luxury price not only each item but pay y'all a fee and the shopper a tip. The customer pays plenty so pay your shoppers enough so they'll actually care about your customers. Like this is happening every single time we shop from a place that uses peapod. It's not okay. Your customers deserve better. I can't wait until there's more competition in business so y'all will be forced to up your game and care about keeping your customers.

We drove out of our way, late at night. to shop at at 24 hour store as indicated on the Stop and Shop web site for this location. When we arrived we were greeted by locked doors and a small sign stating they close at 11 pm every night. Certainly, with their profit margin, Stop and Shop can hire a technology adept person to fix their web site.

The code I received was torn and they said they couldn't help me, but they were very rude and didn't even look at me. They treat their customers very badly. Don't shop here, they don't care about you.

Even though I was a little bit frustrated about some of the BBD's from the dairy DEPT (i.e. Yogurts) being a little small, hey at least I spoke up to my Supervisor. Ditto for the water mess from TUES being cleaned up to help avert a major slip 'n fall hazard. Yikes! Anyway, Thanks for reading my above thoughts & have a great rest of the day. Beth

An employee named Hardeep went above and beyond, he is truly an amazing employee!! He got me a cake after closing because of different hours do to Covid it made my friends birthday and my night you need more hero’s like this guy!!! Thank you again hardeep!
