Peet's Coffee

Absolutely awful experience from Peets. I asked for a Large CBOL w no ice for my fading cough. They DID not fully fill up the cup. I asked why? And they said - there’s a surcharge for it! I said - “Sounds like you’re charging for ice”. Peets - “I guess so, talk to higher ups”. This was my last at Peet’s. I’m sure this company probably isn’t gonna make it for long w such customer service.

This Peets location fails to surprise me. The surface here is impeccable Fast and they work together so well as a team here. But I haven’t even touched the quality of the coffee and how it’s made. Today Joey made the best caramel macchiato I’ve had in a real long time. And I am so pleased. Even when I don’t wanna wake up in the morning, I think about Peets Sunnyvale and that is all the motivation I need.. thank you Joey for my wonderfully made coffee and thank you Pete Sunnyvale for always impressing me with great service and quality mindset. Thank you.

Love the morning barista girlies! They’re all so nice and friendly. I come in almost every day for a black tie with an add shot for their amazing personalities and hospitality.

I probably come here at least once a week. Drinks are always pretty decent and the food is good. Honestly way better than Starbucks. Also to the person mad about ice, if you go anywhere and ask for less or no ice this happens. Also stop getting mad at the workers for doing their job and following what they’re trained to do. Drinks are sold in ounces not by the size of the cup.

Came in for an iced latte with oat milk. A decent brew. Service was reasonably quick. Drink was prepared properly and tasted great. Still serves the flat lids and straws, unlike Castro street which has migrated to those sippy-lids. Parking was easy with the large attached lot.
