Peet's Coffee

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I am completely flabbergasted. My mom went into this Peet’s and asked for a specific drink, she has dietary restrictions and has created a drink that is simple to make and there has never been an issue at any other location. This drink has only four ingredients but the employees and who I believe to be the manager made it a horrible experience and we will never go back. I hope these people get fired. We went into this location on January 1st at 3pm and tried to order a mocha with espresso, Splenda,cocoa powder, and non fat milk. He first said that they don’t do custom drink orders. I stop here to charge my car at EVGo. Quite convenient to walk inside, use and use the facilities. Pete's has a tasty Vegan sandwitch 🥪 which I enjoy along with an Americano made with oat milk. The staff has always been quite friendly and accommodating. A good refill stop on many levels!

My English isn’t very good, and I had a small issue with my order this Sunday morning. The staff working this Sunday morning were super attentive and helped me solve everything. On top of that, the coffee is absolutely delicious. Kudos to the Sunday morning team!

This coffee shop has become the worst one I've been to in the last month. I used to always be satisfied, but now it's complete garbage.

This is the first time I've been to a Peets that wasn't in Berkeley or Emeryville and was a little thrown off at how big it is in comparison but I love the energy, the super nice and helpful staff. The comfy indoor and outdoor seating. And that the coffee still taste just as great! And neat restrooms.
