Pegasus Restaurant

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on my way to the drive-in movies with my kids and was pleasantly surprised. The owner, a lovely Greek lady, greeted me warmly, and the atmosphere was inviting. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. For my meal, I ordered the calf liver, which was perfectly cooked with a rich, savory sauce that complemented its tender texture. The side dishes, including crisp vegetables and nice salad, were equally delightful. It turned out to be a delightful dining experience unexpectedly found on my way to the movies.

Fantastic restaurant, wife and I stopped by here for lunch on our way to VT, welcoming staff, good service and food. Our server was pleasant, smiled and answered all our questions, she also went to ask the chef if we could make a change to the pasta dish. The menu is not huge but there is something for every taste buds. Overall we had a wonderful lunch, we enjoyed our food, it tasted good, portions were more than we could finish and the price was reasonable.

What a wonderful find! Worth an extra trip! We arrived at 1:45PM and were allowed to order of the dinner menu; expecting a longer wait. Treated as guests of the family, I could not say more about the excellent welcome and service! Updates were regularly received and drinks kept full as we waited for our meal. The wait was no longer than I expected and wow, worth it! The Filet Mignon was perfect! Juicy, tender, exquisitely spiced; the best! accompanied by fresh, grilled asparagus. Just outstanding! My wife made it a shared surf-and-turf by having the Cape Cod Seafood Bake. A melt-in-the-mouth experience of seafood heaven! Buttery, cheesy, bite-sized pieces of shrimp, scallops, scrod, and clam! I will not only put this terrific restaurant on my travel schedule, I plan to host an event here.

I came for lunch with a few friends, and there were only about three other tables occupied. It was lunchtime, yet it took over an hour to get our order. The service was very slow, and the staff didn't apologize for the delay. The waitress only checked on us once to ask how everything was. I understand if the restaurant is busy, but since it was mostly empty, I can't understand why it took so long. The prices seem reasonable, I guess. Since this was my first visit, perhaps we just had an off day with the waitress. I'm not sure 😶.

I was passing through the area on I-87 and remembered driving by this place a few weeks ago. BEST decision EVER!!! Great food, service and plenty of room in the booths. The staff here is very talented, motivated and polite. You must stop in for dinner!!!
