Food was delicious and portions were very generous

Had a poor experience today. I went in and asked if I could have the green beans instead of rice or noodles and was told entree only. Cool, some places if you ask will half the portion and count it as a side but some wont so no biggie. Then proceeded to still get no rice or noodles and then went onto my my entrees. I got burboun chicken, green beans and was going to get a third combo but was ignored. She closed my plate and didn't even acknowledge me. I told her I wanted a third side but she just looked at me and proceeded to ask the gentleman behind me what he wanted. He even spoke up saying I wasn't done with my order and again was ignored and asked him if he wanted another entree. I don't know what was the issue was as I went there just last week and the food was good and they were nice

Every time I come here, their food is always hot and delicious customer service a 10 out of 10 I love this place!

I've eaten at Pei Wei in the Valdosta Mall many times over the years, and usually it is fine and eatable, but on my last visit today (May 8th, 20205), the food smelled like a live smelly pig (If you know, you know that smell) and I only ordered chicken and fried rice. Specifically, I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Orange Chicken. I'm not sure what would cause the food to smell like this, but my stomach is already turning, and it's been less than 15 minutes after trying to eat it. I could tell most of the food didn't look fresh, but I really like bourbon chicken, but on this visit it was way below par and just hope I don't get sick now and had to share my experience since the food was so bad today.

I ordered the 2 meat combo and was asking specifically about the price of the shrimp. My question exactly was "Will the price of the shrimp still be $1.29 if I added it separately?" The lady (There was 2 one with a mask on and one without. This is about the lady without a mask on her face.) tells me that I would then move to a 3 meat combo and that was not what I wanted. I clarified to her that was not what I wanted. She proceed to tell me that it will be a $7 separate charge. I said okay. She proceeds to ask with an unprofessional tone "is that what you want?" I said Yes. I understand that my question could have been clarified and instead of the lady stating that she was not understanding my question, she proceeds to become rude and snarky.
