My food was great.as my daughter was eating a net flew in her food she was so hungry too so I went to the front and showed the lady she ask were is the net I showed her she goes oh so what do u want me to to do I said we're is the manager she goes I'm the manager. I'm like you are the manager and talking like that not even saying oh I'm sorry can I get something else for you or something. She says I can't get you more chit but I can give u more fried rice . So she picks the net out and gave me more rice with the same other rice and chicken that was mixed up with the net.. my daughter goes I'm not eating that. So I waited my money my order came up to 40 something dollars.. And this was my first time coming here. And my last I just couldn't believe it.

I recently had an unfortunate and disturbing encounter at the restaurant yesterday . While I was there, I noticed that the cashier, who was responsible for handling money and serving food, did not wash her hands after using the restroom, even though the door was left open and I could clearly see what was happening. Concerned for the hygiene and safety of the food, I brought this issue to the manager's attention, she was very kind and understanding, and promised to address the matter with the cashier. However, as I was leaving, the cashier made an inappropriate and offensive comment, calling me a "snitch" in a sarcastic tone. This experience left me feeling deeply insulted and disrespected, and I believe that this kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer service setting.

Great service and quick with the food to tables. The chicken pad thai was horrible with an overpowering taste of vinegar. Couldn't taste the peanuts, chicken or anything besides vinegar, and my wife 100% agreeded. First time in many years I asked for something else. Staff kind and asked what I wanted instead. My replacement spicy drunken noodles were very good and tasty with fresh thai basil.

We like this location, customer service is good. The food we got this time so far have been good. We signed up on their email and got the buy one get one promo.

Their new menu item the firecracker shrimp is amazing! It's my new go-to favorite, Great work celebrity chef Jet Tila ;-)
