Peking Chinese Restaurant

Looking for a place to eat today, i drive and see this place. So i stopped in. Place is very clean,and the service was great. Ordered boneless rib lunch special and a shrimp eggroll. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food i got. Rice was delicious with great flavor. The bonless ribs were not dry at all. Im definitly going back agin if im nearby and trting something else.

Peking Chinese Restaurant is conveniently located in downtown Windsor and serves good Chinese take out favorites at reasonable prices. I’ve had Peking Chinese twice now since moving to Windsor and both times were consistently good. Was it the best I’ve ever had? No. But it was prepared well and tasted fine. I recommend the wonton soup and general tso chicken. The service has been quick and friendly. Just minutes away if you live in the town center, Peking Chinese Restaurant is a good place to get your favorite take out dish.

The food here was very good. The ingredients seemed pretty fresh. The portion size was very large, and the pricing was inexpensive. If you like your restaurants to be very clean, you will be disappointed, Although this is primarily a take out place, so that will not matter to most people.. This would have earned 5 stars if the restaurant itself was a little bit cleaner. It was a bit old and run down on the inside. The staff was friendly.

I ordered takeout for dinner from here on a Sunday evening. I ordered the pupu platter and a quart of hot and sour soup. The food was ready in 15 minutes and nice and hot when I got there to pick it up. The food in the pupu platter was good, I especially like the ribs. Cooked well and tasty. The soup was also good, I wish it was more spicy, but still tasty. Overall a good Chinese takeout food spot and exactly what you'd hope for.
