Peking Gourmet

The people are nice and the kitchen is very clean and that’s where the pros end. My normal place is closed on Tuesday and this place is open. The pint containers are not filled let alone stuffed like normal Chinese restaurants. The boneless spare ribs tasted steamed with no sauce on them? All the food lacked flavor. If I had to imagine what hospital Chinese food taste like this would be it.

I ordered from here last night. Xmas Eve. I was appreciative that they stayed open to make my order cause the door said 6:30 close but I got there at 7. The lady who answered the phone was very short and quick never gave me a total or a time just said u coming now right I said yes ma’am. I tried to ask the total and she hung up. I got there in 10 mins and the food was ready. We ordered general tso combo, chicken lo mien combo, fried dumplings, and crab rangoo $41 for everything. My bf said the tso was hard batter pieces barely any chicken inside and loaded with soy sauce. Mine wasn’t chicken I got shrimp. Thank goodness I like shrimp but the whole thing tasted of shrimp and tons of veggies more than noodles. The fried dumplings and the crab rangoo were okay. This is not my go to place. And

Soup was ok , other food was really poor.. little flavor and only 4 ribs came in bbq spare ribs order. But the worst part was service. I did a pu order and the girl actually embarrassed me in front of patrons because she thought I didn't give a good enough tip ! I should've walked out then !

This place is the worst Chinese take out I ever had. These are not spare rib tips and the missing sauce is the only reason ppl the eat them order them. My other platter had uncooked shrimp or over cooked one or the other which I threw out. The fried chicken wasn't fried long enough so by the time I got home they were soggy. Worst Chinese food experience ever and I've had one or two. This tops them both. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Regular run of the mill chinese food. Not great but not bad. The prices are decent.
