Service is generally pretty slow compared to fast food but we don't mind. They have a ton of flavor options, service is kind and prices are reasonable.

i am legitimately obsessed with these snoballs! it’s rare that you find a place that is selling snoballs/shave ice, and even rarer to find a good one. there are so many flavors and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. there are even a few different options for dogs! very affordable and yummy :)

I will never do business in peach orchard rd, your employee Madison(name was on tag) told me and my family to move out of drive thur, remind you...we weetnt even holding line up nor was it anybody there besides us. She is rude, and her manager is just as rude and looks like they were laughing together after I said I would report it. She said im the manager as she laughed!! Very unprofessional and nothing but children/teens work there!! They need better management and a better employee besides MADISON!!

Soooo many flavors, the ice is so soft, price is more than acceptable and sizes do not disappoint. Upset I didn't try this place sooner

Just left about 20 mins ago. Cashier was rude and overcharged me. I ordered the large with no ball, which means I'm supposed to get the avalanche size cup with no ball, which is clearly stated on the sign at the drive-thru window. However, she declared that's not how it works, and if I wanted the avalanche cup with no ball, I had to pay for the avalanche price. Sno cone was also lacking in syrup, and the top 25% was just ice. Last year before they closed for the season, this was a great location. However, I'm not optimistic about them now, considering their service and quality today.
