Customer Reviews
It had been a while since we had visited Penn Station in Loveland. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was different than we remembered it . It seemed dull and dingy. After we placed our order a trip to the restroom was the eye opener of the uneasy feeling. It was filthy. The beverage area was even scarier with build up of grime. The food was hot and tasty but the hygiene of the store was worrisome. Not sure we'll return.
Penn station is my favorite place to be. The atmosphere is perfect with positive energy and good music. The dining room is always clean and I can’t stress enough how perfectly staffed they are! You can’t go wrong with the Penn!
Great subs fast friendly staff the fries are the best
Food was not good, fries were burnt and the ones you could eat tasted like they were cooked in old oil, chicken Teriyaki sandwich didn't have much meat on it and the sauce was gross. we will not be back, much too expensive and no quality of food. shame on you penn station. Husband threw his sandwich away.
My son (15) asked me to pick up fast food on the way home. I told him we could split Pen Station as he's never had it. I ordered a large Rubin with Swiss on half (as I wasn't allowed to have dairy at that time) & large fry. I got home, and the cheese side was noticeable larger, bummer. We split the fries, I sat down, took a bite & bam! Bread, sauerkuaut, 1000 island & almost no meat! (See photo). Took a pic & called them! I told them the situation... dead air. I told them I just wanted them to know & the guy said "ok" and hung up! No, sorry. No, is there anything we can do? Just 'click'. Now I think $13.50 for a sandwich implies the sandwich will be considerable & although the meat content improved as I reached the other end, I can't justify the cost. It was tasty, but sadly, I think this
