Penn Station East Coast Subs

The woman and man working this evening were down right amazing! They were so kind and helpful. My food was amazing and my service was even better. You really have a gem with the lady that waited on me. Penn Station I hope you see this and take care of her how she is taking care of your business. That’s hard to find this day and age! Keep up the great work.

Got home from getting my takeout and discovered the only things on my sandwich were mayo and bacon. I understand they could have been out of tomato and lettuce, but don’t let your customers leave with mayo-bacon sandwiches. Nobody would want to eat that. Very upset considering this is a costly location to eat out.

Great subs an hand cut fresh fries. Can't go wrong. Stopped for dinner with my son, was his first time. Everything was delicious. Great staff

Hard to be the food and service at this store. The two employees working today were awesome. Try to hype the good service when I can. Sometimes we are all to quick to judge the bad services but forget to be thankful for the good services.

Ordered a chicken parm zero sauce, dry as all get out and a fry. Received 5 pounds of ketchup packs on top of my food. Disgusting.
