Penn Station East Coast Subs

First time at this location for a sandwich and something to drink. The young man greeted me when I walked in and helped with suggestions as to what I could order and how they made the food. The bread was smaller than I expected, but it was pretty good. Overall, the sandwiches and lemonade were really good

I ordered a sub through the DoorDash app and made modifications to the sandwich. When I got the food, it was not even close to what I asked for. I don’t blame DoorDash because they didn’t make the sandwich. The only reason I’m giving 2stars is because the food is still good, I just don’t understand why the modifications weren’t adjusted and the sandwich was covered with cheese that I shouldn’t eat.

Boy... 2 employees were fighting over us not being ready to order and wanting to literally throw down staff had to hold them back from fighting. ....all because we were looking longer at the menu and not ready yet. We left becauae they were yelling. The dude working and the blonde lady were the only 2 level heads. There are far worse things in life to fight over not being ready to order. Wow

THE GOOD: Have been coming to this location for years. The food is always hot and fresh, cheese on your sub is always ooey gooey. 1st sub you should try is a steak or chicken philly. Fresh cut fries with vinegar are a must! THE BAD: The only complaint this visit was my online order was not ready at the estimated time. First time at this particular location. Sandwiches were fresh & hearty. Looked just like the pictures. Staff was pleasant. Service was speedy.
