Penn Station East Coast Subs

Walked in to pickup up mobile order. There was no line of people. 2 members of staff were making sandwiches/fries while the other guy was walking back & forth, baking bread...NOBODY acknowledged me the first 5 minutes I stood there. The girl seemed put out when I told her I was here for a mobile order. It pained her that she was going to have to make my fries. Good service has left the fast food industry.

It appears that all Penn Station locations have gone downhill. Its starts at the management or franchise owners (not sure if they're franchised) and trickles down to the employees and the customer always suffers. Food quality has dipped and service is basically non-existent.

I ordered extra meat and did not receive it. Sandwich does not come with enough meat on the regular size cheesesteak. It's not cool for my 1st time experiencing Peen Station. Flavor wise, these guys are better than Jersey Mikes.

First time here, love their vibe and service! Will come back again :)

Told them no ice they gave me extra, steak stunk and all bread...no frys cause putting two things together when it's you job isn't required! Good luck I won't be back
