Penn Station East Coast Subs

The quality and consistency of this Penn Station has slid quite far down the hill over the recent months. I live only a few minutes away, and frequent this location when I'm too busy or tired to make something for myself, but it's difficult to feel comfortable relying on the service here when I want to decompress with some good food. Today, I ordered a large cheesesteak (the only item I have ever ordered off of the menu) with the addition of banana peppers being the only modification. Not only were there no peppers, giving the sandwich a bland taste, but there was also hardly any steak! One of the two halves of the sandwich had just barely enough to be called "acceptable", but the other half was totally abysmal - see the included picture. Tristan greeted us very professionally, I asked him to make a few decisions for us and he took on that task both confidently and competently. I like to lean on the people that know best when I get food somewhere I don’t go all the time and Tristan absolutely handled the situation with impeccable customer service. I’ll probably swing through more often just because he handled himself so well.

I asked for light banana peppers. Please refer to the photo as to how many banana peppers I received. Me and my partner both agreed that at 6:20 on may 17th was the worst penn station we have ever eaten. Both our sandwiches tasted awful. This location is usually amazing. Whatever cook working at that time, needs to be re trained.

Had to pee quickly! The cleanest restroom in Cincinnati! Left it like I met it🥰 Lolz I was so impressed I had to do this review…star nice n very helpful…I appreciate u guys!…. So I’m here again…16th of December 2021…lemonade liked good…I asked to try to see what it tasted like…they happily obliged me! Lemonade should easily b the best I ever had no 🧢! I’m just glad to have a clean place like this with such decent staff to go to for pickups…I honestly appreciate u guys❤️❤️❤️

This has generally been a consistent PS location. Food and service is great and they actually acknowledge you when you walk in the door (unlike so many other restaurants). It's usually pretty clean too unlike every Chipotle I step foot in with trash all over the floor. I appreciate the dudes working here.
