Pennsauken Free Public Library

An employee named “Susan” was placed on the third floor for a moment while the librarian handled something privately. She made a remark about the “first floors quiet down there, isn’t it” to another staff member, as if that wasn’t going to trigger someone’s feelings to get hurt. It’s a new building and it’s a KIDS floor. If you don’t have a heart for kids, DONT work there. That simple. Asking children to do numerous amount of things that were out of their control rather than just saying have a guardian assist is ridiculous. She should no longer be placed on the third floor.

This place has been upgraded but I still miss the old memories (and childhood pranks) that I did there. One thing that would be interesting to see at the new location is a chess table, and the establishment of a Pennsauken chess tournament.

Plenty of parking , handicap parking too. Helpful staff many computer to use for free. They have fax machine, copy machine,printer all can be used for a small free. They also provide English and other languages classes etc.
