Pepper's Pizza & Subs

Excellent subs, sandwiches, wraps, salads and appetizers. The chicken parm sandwich and fajita chicken wrap are both very good and the salads are huge/very good lettuce quality. Very good for to go food, some of the best in Scranton or any sandwich place I have ever been to over the years.

Only tried their pizza and wings twice, so I can only rate the food and not the service or atmosphere. I used Door Dash both times and was amazed by the way my “work of art” - the American Cheesy pizza! Take note of char spots on the cheese. It added flavor and crispness to a lovely cheese and sauce combination. My only regret is I did not experience it there. Look forward to my first visit in person. If you take a look at the photo with my complete take out order - pizza, wings and the fried ravioli it all tasted wonderful and complimented each other. Now, back to the American Cheesy, since the cheese would run down the wall if I hung it up, need to print out one of these photos for the foodie wall! This pizza definitely stands out amongst others and is worthy of a try! Definitely recomm

It was my first time eating at Pepper's. My son and I had mozzarella sticks and a cheese pie. It was great! The pizza 🍕 was fantastic. The crust wasn't dry. Best pizza in the area. It's worth the trip. The staff was very nice too.

So we order all the time sometimes once a week however some things I order cus I enjoy it and then next time it's very different. I ordered an appetizer one time as my dinner purposely asked if it had peppers and on the phone they said no but indeed it was made w peppers. Sometimes the food is cooked perfect others it's very overdone. The gentleman who i believe is the owner is really good if things aren't correct, as for the staff not so pleasant. Overall the food Is good we have been ordering for years but it really depends on who's cooking. I love the homemade honey mustard one reason we order but it's been so different each time it's NVR the same not just a little different a lot. Pepper's has the most reliably delicious food!! Afrer a failed attempt to cook dinner we had to get takeout from a place that we KNEW would be good. Pepper's did not disappoint!!
