Perfectly Frank

This local spot is great! Friendly college kids serving, outdoor seating available, funky and quirky inside. Food was as ordered, prepared quickly, and delicious! Nice to be able to get breakfast options later in the day too. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich is a "desert island" food pick for sure! And the price was outstanding! The cheapskate plate is a real winner for folks on a budget. Keep up the good work!

Chili and cheese taste straight out of a can no effort at all. The hot dog is $5 and I’d rather have a cold store bought one. The service is really great, but way too expensive for something that tastes like a kid with a street stand selling for a fundraiser. The hot and sloppy sausage was the only thing I’d come back for.

I started coming here about 2 years ago and it’s only gone downhill. Prices used to be very fair and service was excellent, along with that their cheapskate meal was amazing. Double cheeseburger with fries or tots and a Large drink for 12-14$, notice how I said 12-14, completely dependent on who’s ringing you up. Which at the time i had no issue with, just thought it was interesting. Over the course of the last few months i feel as though it’s changed completely, not just price wise. That is my main focus though, it started in that range and slowly went up, 12 to 16 for the same meal. I went there recently and ordered my usual, 17.67. I've been coming to PFranks for the past 11 years, and it's always been a perfect staple in Norfolk. Food consistently tastes great and is very reasonably priced. The staff has great energy, as most of them are ODU students. Tara, the owner, pours her whole heart and soul into making a fun environment for everyone. PFranks will always hold a special place in my heart!
