Peri Peri Original

I ordered online for delivery. The order arrived 40 minutes late. It took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive after ordering. Everything was cold and needed to be microwaved so that it was edible. Paid extra for french fries, they were so cold that the package was wet and fries were too soggy to even eat. Will not order from here ever again. Extremely disappointed.

As of date, the best cheeseburger in the county. Smash burgers are available in double, triple and quadruple patties!

I recently visited Peri Peri Original and had a mixed experience. We ordered the fried chicken and an Americana burger, while the kids opted for the strawberry sundae ice cream. The Americana burger was pretty good, though the patty was a bit overcooked, so I’d rate it 8/10. The fried chicken was decent, earning a 6/10. However, the strawberry sundae ice cream was a complete disappointment. It tasted frozen and watery, and I would give it a 0/10. They should really consider removing it from the menu. Overall, the meal had its highs and lows, but the ice cream was definitely the worst part.

I want to share some feedback from my visit. I don’t want to leave a bad rating, but there were a few things that made my experience uncomfortable and affected my appetite. I am not someone who leaves reviews easily—especially negative ones. I always try to support good businesses, and if I have a bad experience, I usually just don’t return instead of writing a review. However, what I observed during this visit made me feel it was important to speak up. One staff member was eating while touching the payment/ordering screen. Another employee was coughing repeatedly without wearing a face mask. I noticed these two issues first and was actually trying to mention them to the cashier. Unfortunately, the staff member who took my order went to the restroom, then returned and sat behind the cash
