Perkins American Food Co.

The food was pretty good and the restaurant seems fairly clean. Our service was not good and as others around us were getting their food, we and a few other tables waited almost an hour to get ours. Our waitress didn’t seem to care at all. We did talk to the manager and he gave us 25% off our bill. We weren’t looking for a discount, just better service. We’ve been here before with a much better experience, but today was bad.

The food was OUTSTANDING, the waitress was friendly and timely. But good lord, I hope you don't have to use the restroom while you're here!! And I will certainly remember this for next time. Filthy! Dusty! Some odd stain or discoloration on the changing table, a random piece of pvc on the floor. I know places get busy, but this was accumulated crud....over time!! And what in the ever-loving heck has been dripping on the base of the toilet? Does the health department not check restrooms?

Our Server Emma made us feel welcome, confortable and happy to be here. The Atmosphere was quiet, relaxed and friendly. The Servers were timely, patient and hard working. The Food was soo good, I had to take it to go. What a wonderful time, I will be returning soon.

We were in there on December 9 we got there at 11:00 We left there at 12:30. One order was for the breakfast burger with bacon on the side in American cheese nope totally wrong cheddar cheese bacon on it. The other burger was a barbecue angler burger. It was raw and wasn’t supposed to have onions on and it did sent both back the breakfast burger came back with almost no cheese and raw barbecue burger come back raw. Manager got very nasty with us and snippy and so I’m giving it a food and atmosphere of a star of one the gentleman that was our waiter was very good and very apologetic.

12/27 12:18 pm. 1 order of eggs and bacon. One order of a turkey with dressing sandwich. 20 minute wait. Then was told that the eggs had to be recooked. Another 10 minutes. The sandwich did not look anything like the menu item. Very little dressing plus some pink mayonnaise was added. Would have sent it back if we didn't waste so much time already. Waitress was not at fault, and kept us appraised of the delay. Noted the cook was "not in a good mood today"! Had been a while since we had been there. Will be a long time before we go back.
