Pet Relief Area

Absolutely disgusting. The pet relief area near Terminal C Gate 131 smells like a sewage treatment plant on fire. I’ve traveled through dozens of airports and have never encountered anything this vile. The stench is unbearable, putrid, overwhelming, and clearly not maintained. It smells like a backed-up septic tank mixed with ammonia and neglect. I couldn’t be w my dog in there more than a few seconds. This isn’t just unpleasant, it’s a health hazard. Whoever is responsible for sanitation should be ashamed. Travelers with pets deserve better. Frankly, everyone in the vicinity deserves better. Clean it up, EWR.

This pet relief area at Newark Airport was pretty foul. There was a used pee pad left on the floor, an overwhelming smell, flies buzzing around, and the space was uncomfortably small. I wouldn’t let my cats walk around in there.

Don't waste your time coming here; it's so horrible and smells so bad that even my dog ​​doesn't want to go near it.

It smells so bad. My dog was begging to get of that room! Please make some improvements and make that area pet friendly. Even the floor when you enter was sticky. :((

T Myers The WORST pet relief area ever. Not worthy of any stars. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even want to set my dog down. Would rather have the pup do his business on the floor and clean it up.
