Peter Piper Pizza

This review is for the PPP on Old Spanish Trail. My family has been ordering from this Peter Piper for almost 15 years, it USED to be our favorite place to get pizza. The quality is awful in recent years. The last 3 out of 4 times we have ordered extra sauce(it is offered as an option online), and get pizza with NO sauce. We quit going for a while and this Friday thought we would give it another shot, two pizzas both ordered with extra sauce and got basically no sauce again. I am so confused what the issue is, not only that but on the pepperoni pizza we had 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice except for one that had 2. Hilarious! So disappointing. Use cation when ordering from the younger staff. I have young kids and we got the fun pass so they could play. We have come here before and got the socks and game cards. The cashier didn't listen when I said we already had the socks and we already had cards that we wanted to reload. She tried to give us new socks and new cards and said I had to take them again... That annoyance aside. She said I had to buy another fun pass even though the app clearly stated that mine hasn't expired yet. Im pretty sure I paid way more than I should have for no reason. I just wish that the sever would have listen after repeating myself multiple times. The food has never been a reason for coming here. Some people love it and I dont know why. My kids eat it. They said they had wings but there were no wings provided. And there were flies flying all around and landing on by little sister. Very limited space for games and a lot of restaurants space. And TV was provided

Let's start with the positive: Friendly staff, good deals, lunch special AYCE for $9.99 per adult is great, food quality is decent. Now the negative: Trash overflowing k mentioned to team lead (black shirt)? and it wasn't resolved for easily 10 minutes. Our order was waiting forever, we were never called and the pager didn't go off to alert either (food was luke warm by the time we went to check with staff), half the soda machines weren't functional. And lastly the area for seating is quite large while the amount of games available is so miniscule that even at 1/3rd capacity they're usually all occupied. Go to the Wilmot Broadway location and save yourself a headache.

Been coming to this location for many years. Tonight my husband picked up dinner and I couldn’t help but to notice that the sauce tasted off. For some reason it tasted sweet. So odd!! I used to work at Peter Piper back in my high school days and know exactly how this sauce is made and no extra sugar was ever added. I don’t know if this is now how the sauce will taste but if it is, then we won’t be ordering pizza from PPP anymore. We also ordered breadsticks but that sauce tasted normal.
